Please take care of the total payment before or during your stay, You can make a bank transfer (incoming payment before departure) or pay in cash. We do not accept any card payments.
Terms of cancellation
- Free CANCELLATION up to 30 days before arrival!
- Up to 7 days before arrival, 70% of the travel price will be charged.
- For less than 7 days and no-show, 90% of the travel price will be charged.

In order to save you unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation or mountain rescue, we recommend that you take out insurance. We would be happy to assist you with this.
Covid-19 terms of cancellation:
- Free CANCELLATION up to the day of arrival in the event of border closures or a ban on entry into the Wilder Kaiser region or a ban on leaving the home community.
- Free cancellation in the event of a travel warning from the ministry responsible for the holiday destination in the Wilder Kaiser region
