Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. but you are welcome to arrive earlier and use our lounge to get dressed for skiing or hiking. (Early check-in on request).
You can park your car free of charge in our newly built parking garage or outside if you prefer.
Electric vehicles can be refueled at one of our two e-charging stations for a fee.

Location
- You can store your sports equipment in our lockable ski and bicycle room.
- You can charge e-bikes in the bicycle room free of charge.
- After a long day in the snow, your ski boots will be warmed up again overnight by our boot dryer.
- On request, the local bakery "GOINGER BÄCK" will deliver fresh bread rolls for breakfast.
- The bread will be deliverd early in the morning every day, except on Sundays and public holidays.
- Please place your order in person at the bakery.
The Astberg toboggan run is right next to our house. We are happy to provide you with sleds free of charge (depending on availability).
Washing machine, dryer and ironing board can be used on request.
- You are welcome to recharge your electric car directly in our parking garage at one of our e-charging stations.
- There is a lockable bicycle room in our parking garage where e-bikes can be charged free of charge. You can rent bikes at the shop "GOINGSPORT" for example.
- Our bread delivery service is 100% regional and comes directly from the local baker.
- Our Wilder Kaiser drinking water comes fresh from the mountains and is water of the highest quality right from the tap. Buying bottled water is therefore not necessary.
- Our waste is separated into glass, paper, plastic, cans, cardboard and residual waste. You will find the recycling station in front of the house.
If required, we will be happy to take care of your travel insurance. In order to save you unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation and mountain rescue we recommend that you take out insurance, for example "Hotelstorno Plus" (incl. helicopter rescue) or "Hotelstorno Premium" (incl. helicopter rescue and accident costs).

Please take care of the total payment before or during your stay, You can make a bank transfer (incoming payment before departure) or pay in cash. We do not accept any card payments.
- Free CANCELLATION up to 30 days before arrival!
- Up to 7 days before arrival, 70% of the travel price will be charged.
- For less than 7 days and no-show, 90% of the travel price will be charged.
- In order to save you unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation and mountain rescue, we recommend that you take out insurance. We would be happy to help you with this.

Covid-19 cancellation policy
- Free CANCELLATION up to the day of arrival in the event of border closures or a ban on entry into the Wilder Kaiser region or a ban on leaving the home community.
- Free cancellation in the event of a travel warning from the ministry responsible for the holiday destination in the Wilder Kaiser region
- Money-back guarantee: Refund of down payments for free cancellations within 7 working days.
